Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Eligibility

All registered delegates are eligible to submit abstracts. The presenting author must be a registered delegate.

Submission Method

Abstracts must be uploaded through the Registration form. Upload your abstract file (PDF/DOC/DOCX) during registration.

Review Process

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by September 15, 2026.

Presentation Format

Accepted abstracts will be assigned to Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, or E-Poster based on scientific merit.

Format

Formatting Rules

Word Limit: Abstract must not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author details)

Title: Brief, specific, and informative. Use Title Case. Max 20 words.

Structure: Introduction/Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion
4
Authors: List all authors. Underline/mark the presenting author.
5
Affiliation: Include department, institution, city, and country
6
File Format: PDF, DOC, or DOCX only. Maximum file size: 5 MB
7
Language: English only. Avoid abbreviations in the title.

References: Not required in the abstract body
