  • To process your registration and payment for the conference;
  • To send you registration confirmations, receipts, and important event updates;
  • To review and manage submitted abstracts for the scientific programme;
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
  • To comply with legal, tax (including GST), and accounting obligations.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment credentials are entered directly on Razorpay's secure interface and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive confirmation of the transaction (such as the payment and order IDs and status).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with:

  • Our payment gateway (Razorpay), to process transactions;
  • Our email service provider, to deliver confirmations and notifications;
  • The conference Organising and Scientific Committees, for registration and abstract management;
  • Authorities or regulators, where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain registration and payment records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and audit requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
