Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for and participation in National Conference on Lung Cancer (NALCCON 2026), held at GSVM Medical College, Kanpur on November 21-22, 2026. By registering and making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Registration
- Registration is completed only after successful payment of the applicable fee.
- You are responsible for providing accurate details (name, email, mobile number, and category). We are not liable for missed communications due to incorrect details.
- Registration is personal to the registrant and applies to the selected category.
Fees & Payment
- All registration fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST.
- The applicable fee depends on your category and the registration tier in effect on the date of payment (Early Bird, Regular, or On-Spot).
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
- A confirmation email serves as your proof of registration and payment.
Delivery of Services
This is a service-based registration; there is no physical shipment. Upon successful payment, your registration confirmation is delivered electronically to your registered email address, typically immediately after the transaction. Access to the conference, sessions, and materials is provided as per your registration category at the venue on the event dates.
Abstract Submission
- Abstract submission is optional and does not guarantee acceptance or presentation.
- By submitting an abstract, you confirm it is your original work and grant the Organising and Scientific Committees permission to review it and, if accepted, include it in the conference programme and materials.
Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct is disruptive or unlawful, without refund.
Changes to the Event
The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue, and, in exceptional circumstances, to postpone or reschedule the conference. Any such change will be communicated to registered delegates. Where the event is cancelled by the organisers, refunds will be handled as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The organisers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property, or for travel and accommodation costs incurred in connection with the event, except to the extent required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
